Hamlet #1505 Prince Hamlet's father, the king, captured Fortinbras and his land. Now that Hamlet's father is dead, Young Fortinbras wants his land back and is willing to take it by force. While Prince Hamlet is grieving, he is visited by his father's ghost and gains an interesting insight into his death. The king explains that he has been a victim of a "murder most foul"; it appears his mother and uncle murdered him. Soon after the funeral they get married which angers Hamlet. The story is about Hamlet's vacillating as to what to do about his father's murder. However he does surprise many with his persistence and insight.
