Refund policy
Return Policy:
You may return items (*exceptions noted below) within 30 days from the date on your packing slip for a full refund of the price of the item (shipping not refunded), as long as we receive the items back in salable "as new" condition. Make sure no books have been written in, had the bindings broken or creased, or pages dog-eared to the point where they no longer look new. Items sold in shrink-wrap must be returned with shrink-wrap intact and not opened.
How to Return Items:
- We do not issue return labels - you are responsible for shipping costs on any returns.
- Pack items securely in a box and include a copy of the packing slip or receipt. Address the package to:

- You may ship returns to us using any carrier of your choice. It is recommended that you insure the box and use a method that provides a tracking number so you can confirm delivery of your returned item.
- We cannot give refunds on items that are returned damaged, as they are not resalable. PLEASE PACK CAREFULLY USING BUBBLE WRAP OR PACKING MATERIAL
- We do not accept returns on items that we no longer offer for sale, including clearance items and out of print editions.
- Once items are received in resaleable condition, a full refund (minus original shipping charges) will be issued to your original method of payment.
*ELECTRONIC MEDIA (CDs, DVDs, CASSETTES, CD-ROMs, VIDEOS, E-BOOKS, COMPUTER SOFTWARE, AND PRODUCTS WITH AN INTERNET COMPONENT OR STREAMING ACCESS) CANNOT BE RETURNED.
